Topic:

Faith in the Workplace:
What Does the Law Allow and Require?

img

Speaker: Brad Dacus, Esq.

As President and Founder of the Pacific Justice Institute, Brad Dacus, J.D. works with 1000 volunteer affiliate attorneys defending religious liberties and parental rights across the Western United States. Today PJI handles more West Coast cases than any other organization of its kind.

Keynote speaker Brad Dacus, President, Pacific Justice Institute (www.pacificjustice.org) will discuss the responsibilities and freedoms under the law of employers and business leaders regarding their faith and the faiths of those they employ. Many business owners and employers have sincerely held Christian beliefs/values which they want their businesses to reflect. But many hold their faith back, fearing lawsuits because they do not understand federal and state laws regarding religious integration at work. This breakfast forum provides guidance and a reference book for those who want their business to better reflect their faith. This event is designed for business owners, leaders and human resource professionals.
