A Business Traction Strategist and a noted speaker, consultant and author, Helen M. Mitchell has become a trusted advisor to business owners and executives.

With today’s growth and changing market expectations, demands are being placed upon businesses that often exceed their capabilities or capacities.  Helen consults with and coaches business owners and executives to transform their companies for the glory of God, build cohesive leadership teams and develop a strategy to position the company for long term growth and profitability.

She has been invited to speak at the Peter Drucker School of Management at Claremont University on leadership and organizational change.  As Past President and Co-Founder of the Orange County Chapter for the Association of Strategic Planning and now Vice President on the National Board of Directors and Chair of the Advisory Committee for the Association for Strategic Planning, Helen is changing the way we think about strategy.

Helen is also challenging how we bring our faith into the workplace.  Her faith at work articles and devotionals have been published by Saddleback Church, Lake Forest, CA and His Church at Work, a nonprofit organization equipping churches to launch and support a worklife ministry.  She speaks to workplace and women’s organizations on what God is doing in the workplace and how they are a part of His plan.

She is the strategy architect on multiple ministries including the Saddleback Church Workplace Ministry where she is a member of the ministry leadership team.

Using a conceptualized and proven model, her clients make better strategic decisions faster and minimize normal organizational stress which accompanies growth.  Helen brings real world experience, not just consultant or academic theory.  A Vice President with a Fortune 500 company by age 31 and P&L responsibility of a $500 million organization at the age of 35, she is experienced with the dynamics of both Fortune 500 and privately held companies having led virtually every functional discipline.

She has worked with a diverse group of clients including those in technology, manufacturing, architecture and design, construction, building maintenance services, distribution, professional services, real estate, technology, entertainment, education, finance and insurance.

Helen received her B.S. in Business Administration from Arizona State University.  She was further educated at Columbia University where she successfully completed their Senior Executive Program.  She is currently completing her Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Biola University.
