Jeanine Parolini, Ph.D.

Jeanine brings a unique blend of business, corporate, academic, and ministry experiences to integrate praxis, theory, and faith into her leadership and organizational development services. She spent 12 years working for a subsidiary of Pitney Bowes strategically consulting with clients such as Grainger, Honeywell, and Crate and Barrel. She earned four "President Honor Roll Awards" and "Supplier of the Year Award" from Grainger for outstanding performance. Jeanine has experience with business ownership as she operated her own coaching and training business serving both business and non-profit sectors. She has been an adjunct professor for universities and seminaries in Illinois and Minnesota, teaching on leadership and organizational principles. Additionally, Jeanine has worked on the staff team of two US mega-churches, one of which has been highly influential and had worldwide impact.

Jeanine earned an MBA from Dominican University, an MA from Bethel Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. Her dissertation work was on Transformational and Servant Leadership. Jeanine is a Certified Christian Conciliator, a designation conferred by Peacemaker® Ministries. Additionally, she is a StrengthsCoach with Gallup University.

Jeanine utilizes qualitative and quantitative assessments and resources along with collective dialogue to diagnose core issues that hinder individual and organizational performance. Drawing upon Biblical principles, Jeanine builds trusting and confidential relationships with leaders and their teams to guide them toward transformation through coaching and facilitation. Her experience shows that as individual leaders and teams enter into the process of growth, this propels the organization forward into dynamic and long-lasting change.

Jeanine and her husband, Mark, reside in Twin Cities, Minnesota.
