Companies and Organizations
Working Faith equips Christian-led companies and organizations to define, implement and fulfill their unique purpose, mission and values. We partner hands-on with leaders, managers and owners to turn God-given hopes and dreams into concrete aims, and those aims into reality at the company and organizational level.
Consulting, audit, survey and research services are fitted to each company’s specific situation, aims and needs. For example:
- We consult with leaders to provide guidance in effectively stating the vision, mission and core values of their organization.
- We audit the ways in which companies execute their mission, purposes and values, enabling them to verify, refine, strengthen or revise their practices.
- We survey and document the impact of mission, vision and values on organizational culture, performance, productivity, personal character, and bottom line results, as well as customers, employees and surrounding communities.
- We administer focus groups, interviews and surveys for associates at all organizational levels in order to assess their understanding of and attitudes toward the company vision, mission and values.
Some of the gains realized by companies and organizations that utilize Working Faith services include:
- Objective understanding of the organization’s strengths and weaknesses in implementing its mission, values and purposes.
- Determinative data for leaders, managers and owners about how the organization’s mission, vision and values are impacting its staff, clients, customers, productivity, competitive position and financial bottom line.
- Blueprints for appropriate changes based on survey and audit data.
- Solutions for the movement from hope to action in making the financial bottom line the servant rather than the master of the organization’s purpose, mission, and values.
- Growth in staff understanding and ownership of the company’s purpose, mission and values. This growth improves the company’s morale and its ability to attract and retain the kind of people needed for its success.
When Christian-led companies and organizations examine their operations in this way, they are investing the resources necessary for integration of their actions and policies with their purpose, mission, and values. By doing so, they maximize their potential and likelihood of accomplishing their God-given purposes in a way that extends the witness and benefits of Christ’s Lordship to others. That’s the vision and hope of their calling! (John 16:15; 2 Cor. 5:15)
